Agreeing to these terms
By using this website, requesting an estimate, or having us carry out work, you agree to these terms. If you’re agreeing on behalf of a company, a landlord, or a managed property, you confirm you’re authorized to do so.
Where a signed written estimate or a separate commercial agreement covers your job, that document takes precedence over these terms on anything it addresses directly.
What this website is
This site describes our services and provides general information about carpet dyeing, repair and restoration. It’s provided for guidance only.
Nothing on this site is a guarantee of a specific outcome for your carpet. Whether a floor can be corrected depends on the fiber, the condition of the pile and backing, and the nature of the damage, and that can only be determined by inspecting it. Guide pages and cost ranges are illustrative, not an offer.
Estimates and pricing
Inspections and written estimates are provided free of charge and without obligation. An estimate is based on the condition we observed and the scope described in it.
Booking, access and cancellation
Booked work requires access to the property at the agreed time, along with power and water, and the working areas cleared of furniture and belongings unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
If we can’t get access, or the area isn’t ready and we can’t work, we may have to reschedule and charge a reasonable call-out fee for the wasted visit. Let us know as early as you can if something changes. We’ll always try to move an appointment rather than charge for it.
What we’ll and won’t promise
We’ll tell you straight whether dyeing is the right answer for your carpet, including when it’s not and replacement is the better decision. That’s the core of how we work.
Your property
We treat your property carefully, and our technicians are insured. Please tell us in advance about anything we should know: pets, recent water damage, prior chemical treatments, subfloor problems, or anything valuable in the working area.
We aren’t responsible for pre-existing damage, for conditions concealed beneath carpet or furniture that we couldn’t reasonably have seen, or for damage caused by inaccurate information about prior treatments applied to the carpet.
Warranty on completed work
We stand behind the work we do. If corrected color fails within the warranty period under normal use, tell us and we’ll inspect it and put it right.
The warranty doesn’t cover new damage, new staining, further bleach or chemical exposure, fresh sun fading, normal wear, or work altered by someone else. It applies to the areas described in the estimate, not to the rest of the floor.
Payment
Payment is due as set out in your written estimate or invoice. For larger jobs a deposit may be required before work is scheduled. Commercial and portfolio clients may be invoiced against an agreed address list on agreed terms.
Unpaid invoices may incur reasonable late charges and collection costs where permitted by Texas law.
Photographs of the work
We photograph before and after on most jobs, because it documents the scope and supports both the warranty and (for landlords and managers) a tenant damage charge. Those photographs are part of the job record.
We won’t publish a photograph of your property publicly without asking you first, and we don’t publish addresses alongside images.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from any job is limited to the amount you paid for that job. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost rent, lost business, or loss of use) and we don’t exclude any liability that can’t lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Intellectual property
The text, photographs, guides and design of this website belong to us. You’re welcome to read, print and share pages for your own use. Republishing our content commercially, or copying it to another business site, isn’t permitted without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Dallas County, Texas. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always the one on this page. The terms that apply to your job are the ones in force when your estimate was issued.
